So, I guess that paper ripping=baby laughing thing is universal? We have been trying to get the baby (4 months) to laugh regularly. We tried raspberries, which sort of worked. But, the ripping paper thing REALLY works! So awesome! Now if I could just get a video where baby is laughing harder than we are.
